I had the pleasure of working with Sandhya while she was at TFS. And she is extremely talented as well as creative. I also thought she was very personable and yet methodological in her design approach was invaluable to the team. I hope that we cross our paths again in the future!

Sandhya is very diligent and methodical in her approach towards UX design. I had the pleasure of working with her on a challenging project where you needed a good understanding of the pharma regulations. She ensured that she reached out to the SMEs and really understand the problem from the end user perspective. Even though, she did not have any background in the pharmaceutical domain, I really appreciated her effort in learning about FDA guidelines and ensuring those ideas trickled into the UX design. One of the things that stood out to me was your ability to truly understand the needs and preferences of the client needs. In addition, your designs are visually appealing and engaging. You pays great attention to typography, colour palettes, and visual hierarchy, creating a visually harmonious and cohesive design. Furthermore, you are a great team player, always willing to collaborate and provide valuable input in discussions and brainstorming sessions. you take feedback gracefully and iterates on your designs to continuously improve them. I've been really impressed with your skills and expertise in UX design, as well as your background in front-end development. Overall, I am truly impressed with your work as a UX designer. Sandhya is an excellent UX designer with an eye for details. She is great at communicating specific goals and objectives of a project, and then keeping track of each step of development through project completion. She takes the time to learn the specific challenges and complications associated to the project, and she will then come up with appropriate suggestions and solutions.
